At Winternest, your comfort and satisfaction are our top priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


📦 Return Eligibility

You may return an item within 7 days of receiving it, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • The item is in resalable condition with all tags and accessories intact

  • You have the proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Used wearable blankets

  • Opened or used heated electric blankets

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale or clearance items marked as "Final Sale"


💰 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  1. We’ll notify you via email of the status of your refund.

  2. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  3. Refunds are issued to your original payment method only.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered.


🔁 Exchanges

We are happy to exchange your item for a different size, colour, or product—subject to availability. To request an exchange, please email us at winternest@gmail.com.


📮 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service.

  • Returns must be sent to the address provided after contacting our support team.


🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a free return or replacement.
