A: Simply browse our store, select your items, add them to your cart, and proceed to secure checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is complete.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

A: We offer:

  • Next Day Doorstep Delivery for R49.00 (orders placed before 12 PM)

  • Free Standard Delivery within 2–3 business days nationwide

Q: Where do you deliver?
A: We deliver anywhere in South Africa, including main cities and most remote areas.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.


🔁 Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return an item?
A: Yes! You may return unused, unopened items within 7 days of delivery. Some exclusions apply for hygiene-related products. Read our Returns Policy for full details.

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we’ve received and inspected the returned item.

Q: Are the wearable blankets one size fits all?
A: Yes! Our wearable blankets are designed to fit most adults comfortably, with roomy sleeves and oversized fits for cozy layering.

Q: How do I care for my heated blanket?
A: Our electric blankets come with care instructions. In general, unplug before cleaning and follow the label instructions. Most have removable, washable covers.

Q: Are your tumblers dishwasher-safe?
A: Most of our tumblers are top-rack dishwasher-safe, but we recommend hand washing to preserve the finish and insulation performance.

Q: What if I received the wrong item or a defective product?
A: We’re so sorry! Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
